Conditions of Use

§1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the je555 website located at je555.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with je555.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and eligible bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by je555.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, the date from which this version of the Agreement applies.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, whether registered or unregistered. Unregistered visitors who browse the Platform are also subject to the sections of this Agreement relevant to platform use.

2.3 je555 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

§3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register, access, or use je555 in any capacity. This requirement is strictly enforced. je555 does not permit access to any person below this age threshold under any circumstances.

3.2 Age Verification. je555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. je555 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

3.4 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

§4 Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. Any information found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. je555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify je555 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. je555 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). je555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are approved. KYC verification is a condition of withdrawal, not merely a discretionary check.

§5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. je555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from approved Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. je555 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending bonus wagering requirements. je555 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily or weekly limits apply and are published in the Account section of the Platform. je555 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, je555 may request alternative payment details from the Player.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended.

§6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by je555 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are detailed in the relevant promotion description.

6.3 Welcome Bonus. New Players who register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the je555 Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000. This bonus is available to each new Player once only and is non-transferable. Full terms, including the wagering requirement and minimum odds restrictions, are published on the promotions page.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. je555 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; collusion between players to exploit bonus offers; using low-risk betting patterns (such as matched betting or arbitrage) with bonus funds; or any other activity that je555 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of the bonus system. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be closed and associated winnings forfeited.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.

§7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published in the game rules section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. je555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed in error due to a technical fault, or bets that exceed Platform limits.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by je555 in circumstances including: technical errors causing incorrect odds to be displayed; the cancellation or abandonment of an event; or evidence of match manipulation. Void bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 Game Outcomes. For casino games, the outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). je555 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

7.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by je555's systems shall be considered conclusive. Players may raise disputes by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed event.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je555 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and may be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing je555 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.

je555 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — in response to any of the above activities.

§9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the je555 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user-interface designs, is the intellectual property of je555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from je555.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

§10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 je555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 je555 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable laws.

10.3 je555 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and je555 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

§11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, je555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11.2 je555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 je555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. je555 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.

11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. je555 provides the Platform for entertainment purposes only and does not represent that gambling will result in profit. You gamble entirely at your own risk.

§12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 je555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, je555 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a Platform announcement.

12.2 The date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

§13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. je555 operates as an international online gaming platform and this Agreement is intended to be interpreted consistently with internationally recognised gaming industry standards.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and je555, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected]. je555 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may seek resolution through an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. je555 will cooperate fully with any such process.
